Even during renovations our room was clean, the staff was super nice and accommodating. We checked in late with our 3 service dogs. There were no issues checking in or out. Great stay, great price.
Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The staff were very polite and hospitable, which made us feel welcome from the start. We didn’t experience any issues with cleanliness in the room — no bed bugs, cockroaches, or ants, which is always reassuring. That said, the carpet in the corridor wasn’t very clean, and overall the hotel shows its age, so don’t expect a brand-new look. Still, for the price, it was fair value — you get what you pay for.
The front of the motel is inviting with Marigolds filling just about every open space. The lobby is clean, and open, it has a small breakfast nook. Breakfast being included with your stay. They have eggs from the McDonald's next door, fresh made waffles, and other breakfast items from 0600 to 0900. The staff is very helpful. It's actually surprisingly quiet considering it's so close to the Quad Cites International Airport. There is a washing machine, and dryer, small vending area, fitness room, and a desk with a computer available. The swimming pool is closed.
Staff was amazing, room price was very reasonable and rooms were spacious with hardwood floors and plenty of space, my family really had a great time here, and will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Thank you for such great service.

Worth the money but not a high end hotel by any means. Looks like there might be some upgrades going on. Example... Hallway looked painted but there is no trim at floor level. Looked unfinished. We had the large room. The good... Bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. It definitely was large. The not so good... It looked kind of empty bc lack of the final touches. Could be a gorgeous room. Recliner didn't recline. Love seat looked old.
